Stephanie Moran Reed is a native Angeleno and the owner of MiJa Books. 

Co-founded with her husband in 2020, MiJa Books is a multicultural children’s bookstore and online resource for diverse and inclusive books. She currently hosts multicultural and multilingual school book fairs across Los Angeles County and surrounding areas. Her brand has received acclaim from the Los Angeles Times as one of the “65 Best Bookstores in Los Angeles,” and has been featured in NBC 4’s Today in LA, KTLA 5’s LA Unscripted, Spectrum 1 News, and 89.3 KPCC-LAist.
