Megan Briefman

Megan Briefman is a librarian at the Whittier Public Library and has been working there for almost 9 years. She received her undergraduate degree in 2014 in Radio, Tv and Film studies at Cal State Fullerton and when that career didn’t pan out the way she thought it would, she went back to school and got her MLIS at San Jose State in 2021. Throughout her time at the Whittier Public Library, she has worked with all age groups, with the majority of her time spent in the Children’s Department. Now, she mostly focuses on teen programming with some adult programming here and there as well as running their new Makerspace.
